School Food
We place great importance on offering tasty, nutritious lunches and playtime snacks for all our pupils. Our award-winning catering partner, Holroyd Howe, provides an imaginative, weekly changing menu using locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
We cater for all diets and allergies and believe it is important that all our pupils share the lunchtime experience alongside their classmates. With this in mind, we do not permit packed lunches, except in exceptional circumstances.

Holroyd Howe champions the importance of providing children with food containing high nutritional value which is central to their healthy growth. Holroyd Howe chefs are trained to take a ‘minimum fuss’ approach during preparation and cooking to keep the natural goodness in food.
As well as a creative approach in the kitchen, Holroyd Howe delivers food education classes for pupils. Children can learn to make fresh pasta or sushi, bake bread and create recipe cards which encourage them to try new foods and learn about seasonality and the variety of ingredients available.
All pupils eat the school lunch provided by Holroyd Howe. We cater for pupils with allergies, food intolerances and special diets. The cost of lunches is covered by the termly school fee.
