If you considering a place at Blackheath Prep, please note that our main entry point is at 3+ when pupils join our Nursery. We do not have an intake in Reception, although occasionally vacancies may become available. There is a second intake at 7+ for children wishing to join us in Year 3 (subject to availability). Each year, our Year 6 leavers achieve outstanding results in their senior school offers. Read more about this year’s superb offers here.
Our next all school Open Day takes place Saturday 16 May 2026. We also hold monthly Open Mornings on certain Wednesdays during term-time.

New Nursery for 2025
Our Nursery was completely refurbished for 2025, with 3 wonderfully spacious classrooms, and landscaped outdoor areas, offering a superb setting for our youngest pupils. Book a tour and come and see the new Nursery in person.
