The Pre-Prep area of the school warmly welcomes children through to the end of Year 2. We pride ourselves on our family ethos and we believe in knowing each and every child as an individual in order to nurture them and celebrate their strengths, as well as supporting them to be the very best they can be.

Our primary aim is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which children can flourish to their full potential and build the foundations for a love of learning. We encourage a sense of independence, right from the Early Years Foundation Stage, to instil confidence and to develop social skills, as well as inspiring the children to explore and question the world. We also aim to enable our children to begin to develop attitudes and values which will lead them to become happy and responsible adults. Our pupils strive for high standards, both inside and outside the classroom, take pride in their achievements and enjoy participating wholeheartedly in the life of the school.

During the day, you will hear the corridors ringing with the sounds of music, tapping feet in the dance class, excited chatter, laughter and singing, or the class teacher sharing their favourite story with the children.

Each class has its own qualified teacher and at least one teaching assistant. Our staff are highly qualified and dedicated professionals who have an excellent understanding of how children learn and thrive in a developmental, child-centred way.

We warmly invite you to come and see us in action and learn more about the exceptional learning experiences we offer.
